Congratulations on making it to Week 4! By now, you must be feeling amazing. You should be well hydrated, sleeping better, and exercising regularly. You should also have examined the relationships around you and removed unhealthy ones, eliminated harsh cleaning products and cosmetics, and put in place some strategies to manage stress.
Now, I really want you to start thinking about how youâre going to return to life as you knew it before you started on your detox. For those of you who were drinkers, recognise that youâve now been alcohol-free for three weeks and that you must be feeling amazing. Start to think about what role alcohol may play in your life moving forward. I have a rule about drinking â never alone and never at home (unless Iâm entertaining).
